I could have almost given this place a good review, but it was absoluteley ridiculous to find dirty aircon vents, filled with dust. The so-called ‘self-service’ check-in was not what I expected at all, and what happened to the complimentary upgrades? ! I deserve better than this!

central touch screen control, sound proofing, enough racks for hanging
Location is inconvenient, with a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest train station!!! The cramped rooms leave little to no dining space!!! Noise from the nearby train can be bothersome for sensitive sleepers!!!

The location is fabulous, close to great dining and shopping options. The family room was spacious enough for all, with excellent amenities. Staff were attentive and provided helpful services, though the carpet needed a deeper clean. Overall, a lovely place for a family stay.

Highly recommend for families!
The location was perfect, seriously! We walked to Dotonburi for dinner so easily, so many shops and good food right around the corner. And let me tell you, the staff were amazing! We left my kid's iPad behind and they went above and beyond to return it to us, like they really care!
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it felt worth every penny.

great location but room had some dust
The hotel is conveniently located near Namba train station, making it easy to explore the area. Kids' amenities were a thoughtful touch, ensuring our family felt welcome. The room layout was perfect for our family of three, providing enough space for kids to feel comfortable. We enjoyed walking to nearby attractions like Dotonburi and Kuromon market.
However, I noticed some dust accumulation in the air conditioning vents, which was disappointing.
